190003 Tension Control Clamp Kit Replacement for FNSP Series, Clean&Clear Plus,Quad DE Series Swimming Pool and Spa Cartridge Filter, 23-1/4" Length

I'm the pool tech for my neighborhood pool. At the beginning of season, our clamp broken. The threads had just given out. We found new Pentair ones for big bucks. I bought this for almost half of what I found the others were. 6 months later, its still going strong. Its nice to have good threaded bolt and new nut spring assy makes all the difference. I hope to not buy this again for long time, but if so I will look at this company again. Thanks for saving my summer. I have a Pentair ccp420.

This clamp never fit correctly. It was too long from the start, so I was always dealing with small leaks. Now, it has failed completely just 9 months after purchase. The screw busted loose from the clamp and now I will have to lay out more money for another clamp. Stay away from this brand. The slightly lower price is not worth it.

After my original collar clamp bolt bent the filter was leaking. The local pool store said it would be $500+ to replace. I purchased this clamp along with the Pentair 39010200 Tank Clamp O-ring replacement and magic lube. Install was easy. The item is strong and sturdy like the original collar clamp and fit perfectly. Performs as it should no leaks! (Even at high RPMs) Wonderful product, I would recommend.

The price is good, Leslie's Pool Supply want $449 for the basically the same item. It fits well, but because it is not welded all the way down against the metal, as the original was, it take two people to put on: one to hold the strap in place and push the metal down all the way; the second to start threading the bolt. A little bit of a pain, but worth the cost since you don't take it apart that often.

This is a great replacement clamp for my Pentair Clean and Clear Plus 420 filter. Well manufactured and easy to use. Illustrated instructions provided on a paper sheet as well as printed on the clamp itself. Great value for the money.

Stay away from. My ring welds broke I. The first 4 months of having it. Luckily I was outside when it happened and stopped the water leakage before damage was done to my pool and I lost $10k in water.

We have a pentair pump, not leaking perfect fit.

Its slightly smaller than the real part so doesn't fit quite as well and it will rust. I had this replacement for about a year and it rusted so much it started to flake off and leak where it hinges. It works as a temp as the real replacement part takes a few weeks, so it solves a problem. But is inferior.
