Q: Why can’t I hear the mic?

Hi, thanks for asking. The PTU-5200 is a wireless system. You can use the transmitters (bodypack and handheld mic) to pick up your sound then transmit to the receiver wirelessly. You will need to connect this system to a speaker in order to output the sound. Thank you.

Q: My Mic is self turning or or going on standby even though the battery is Full, there is no manual in the box why is this and what do I need to do?

My mic set is all at the moment it sounds like you may have a faulty one. Please get in touch with Amazon customer car and they will only be to pleased to help you out.
