Krups F15B0P Ten Cup Thermal Coffeemaker Carafe

This is a replacement carafe for the Krups FMF5 10 cup coffee maker.It's exactlly as pictured and works exactlly as described. There's not much else I can say about this product.

The lid on my old pot wore out, I wish I could have purchased just the lid but no such luck. Any way the new pot is great, I think it was better than the original pot new.

Had to replace our old pot that had broken after many years of hard service. This works perfectly and the thermal function keeps coffee hot for hours! The only drawback is that the liquid pours out in a bad 'pattern' and can be a bit messy if you're not careful with it.

I bought this as a replacement for the original carafe that came with the Krups coffeemaker, because I could not find only the replacement plastic lid. It didn't take long for the vacuum in the carafe to fail, and there was liquid in the space that is supposed to be vacuum sealed. It would bubble out from where the plastic joined the steel - this blackish liquid! I wound up throwing it away and buying a used one from ebay that came from the original manufacturer.

Ordering a new one because, like the other reviewer, my pot fell in the sink and the plastic lip shattered. Cheap in construction but not in price.

Sturdy, moderately effective stainless steel thermal unit. Awkward to pour as it approaches empty. Removable plastic top is not so sturdy and not sold separately. Mine broke so I needed to purchase a replacement of the entire carafe or switch to a non-thermal unit.

The pouring lip of the carafe had gotten chipped when it fell off the drying rack onto the floor... this is a good replacement.

What can I say, this coffee pot is a perfect fit - it may be an original for all I know. Thanks amozon!
