Good quality and great price
Good quality and value for money, these are so easy to chew and so much better than the sachets that you drink. Packaged well and delivered quickly.

NOT " CHEWS !! ".
These arrived quite quickly which was great. I thought,chews, great,these will be good. They are quite thick for the size,but....They are like biting on a rock !!. If you have a good strong jaw and very good teeth then you should be ok. Great fresh flavour but I think that they should change the wording on the pack.

Palatable fibre supplement
It seems fibre supplements struggle to deliver a meaningful dose in a palatable form. While capsules are the easiest to get down, their dose is impractically small, especially for their cost.These chews are a better compromise. The 'chew' part is a strange label because if you don't swallow them fast they stick to your teeth in an unpleasant way but if you avoid that they taste OK and don't need a drink to get them down if that is somehow a benefit.Given that you need to eat a whole tub of these a day to achieve recommended fibre intake it would seem more practical and far cheaper to incorporate vegetables/fruit/cereal into your diet. This product seems to be an expensive way not to solve a problem.

Highly preferable to the sachets which turn to gloop in an instant. You only need one though … don’t say I didn’t warn you …

No full list of ingredients so a waste of money for me
This product, Fybogel, does not have a full list of ingredients on show on Amazon.co.uk site. The full list is on the product container but is covered by another label so is impossible to access before purchase. I cannot tolerate Aspartame, which unfortunately is one of the ingredients not visible to the public so I cannot use this product. Please make your products list of ingredients visible on the site because I am sure that some of Amazon’s other customers may not be able to tolerate Aspartame like myself.
