High quality plastic thread with a smooth finish in a number of colours. also includes rings and clips that are of good quality and well finished metal.Price-wise is good considering the amount of colours in one pack. The plastic feels sturdy and does have some elasticity to it. They don't snap easy when pulled and are easy to work with. Can't fault it as a product, it works just as expected.
