CUB CADET 19A30028100 100Lb Rear Spreader Fast Attach spreader installed.
I initially had a problem with parts. It turned out to be my fault completely. However, the Mow the Lawn team was very prompt in reaching out to me to help resolve this issue. They were extremely helpful. My thanks to them all.

Garbage!
I used it once earlier in the year and all was fine. When I hooked it up to fertilize a second time later this year, I noticed the spreader wheel wasn't spinning. I looked closer and saw everything was rusted, see photo. As I had only used it once with Scott's lawn fertilizer and stored it in a shed, I have no idea why it would rust like that and only in the areas that were in contact with the fertilizer. Did Cub Cadet make this out of materials not compatible with fertilizer? Really? I spun the spreader wheel by hand and got it spinning in its own. I proceeded to fertilize my yard, but found out somewhere along the way it stopped spinning again and was just dumping clumps of fertilizer on my grass, which quickly killed the grass. So for about $300, I got a spreader that only worked once, and dead spots throughout my yard, so GARBAGE.

Bad reviews?
I have Used the broadcast spreader about three times now. After the first time I added the agitator. (I put it on the electric motor 8mm shaft. It cost me about 12 bucks) The broadcaster has worked flawlessly for me. I was hesitant about buying it after all the negative reviews. Once I got it and started assembling it, I realized the negative reviews were due to not following directions. It is Not the first cub cadet product I’ve bought and will not be the last. It is quality.

Christmas gift for boyfriend
He loves it! He's got a tool for everything and it took some time to assemble. I wouldn't recommend assembly for an amateur.

No agitator, lever does not close properly, only refunded me 1/2 of purchase price. So disappointed!
2 complaints. 1 - The predrilled holes for the bucket open close selector are too far aft and when installed, the selector hits the bucket without getting to full closed. 2 - No agitator included to help prevent clumps from clogging the hole in the bottom. I do like how it attaches to the frame, but these two items caused me to return. UPDATE: Company refunded me approximately 1/2 of purchase price. Wow! So disappointed.

Missing parts
I was so excited to get my spreader today. I assembled it right after my daughters indoor soccer game but after working on it for about 1-1/2 hours and then I realized I am missing part 15 (p/n 3097863) spinner disc, hardware pack 689-00510 (attaches the spreader to the hitch bracket), & from the pictures I assumed there would be a cover for the hopper as well. Bummed out we just got some fresh snow and I looked forward to using it tomorrow.
