Klvied Dish Rack with Swivel Spout for Kitchen Counter,Black

Absolutely amazing, made my kitchen so much more functional. It was easy to put together and fits in the sink perfectly if there is no space for the drainage board. It takes up quite a bit of space, but it looks nice and good quality for the cost. The drain works as advertised. It did start rusting after several months of use, but I am happy with the quality overall.

It's really small but I still like the bottom tray is flat. Easy to keep clean.

Very attentive customer service who want their customers to be satisfied, hence my revised review.However, there are some design issues with this drying rack:Cons:1. The utensil basket must hang on the inside of the rack because the drain holes are on the very bottom of the basket, not the side, taking up valuable space in an already small drying rack. Also, one side of the rack is curved and one side is flat, so the utensil basket can only hang on the flat side (not versatile).2. The raised wire plate holders are too low and don't support large or heavy plates.3. The legs on the drain pan are too long making the entire dish rack set too high off of the counter.Pros:1. Very sturdy metal drying rack.2. Drain pain also very sturdy plastic and very stable with rubber foot tips and drains well.3. Utensil rack has dividers to separate knives, forks, and spoons.4. Nice, compact size for a couple of plates, bowls, glasses, and cups.This could be an excellent dish drying rack and drain pan with a couple of simple redesigns.

Perfect size, appreciate that I have some flexibility on orientation during the set up. Only issue is I put a glass on the glass holder and it immediately fell off and broke in the sink. Now if I have heavy or tall glasses I put them in the basket instead of on the drink holders. Also it’s quite light, so if you have only one side filled (like only utensils left when unloading) it will flip over, so unload dry dishes to keep the balance between both sides.

I love the design of the bottom part that the rack sits on, just wish the whole set up was the size of most all dish drainer. Its a bit small.. The dish rack, in my opinion, needs some tweaking. The plate spaces are too widespread. The plates & saucers fall over. The silverware holder doesn't clamp well to the rack. Butterknives & tablespoons, etc , cause it to fall off. The 3 glass/ cup holders will not support taller glasses but are perfectly fine for cups & juice glasses. All in all, l feel the drain spout system is genius but rack could use some improvements. Matetial is quite sturdy though. All that said. I'm still glad I purchased it. Thedrain spout on bottom sure cuts down on having to clean it so often because it helps prevent slime buildup from water settling on it. Another huge bonus is that it sits high enough above the counter to clear a high over counter mounted sink.

We knew we wanted this type of elevated dish rack and we are very happy with this one. The regular size is sufficient for our family of 5 but it's great that it expands if more space is needed. The stainless steel finish is slick too. Very nice that the drain spout is movable and it's easy to clean underneath. Great product that will hopefully last for years.
