Consistent great!
Ordered this on repeat for several months for my rabbits. They always go crazy for it. Good quality stuff everytime and decent shipping. Cannot fault it

A big box of hay
It’s a box of green hay! I don’t quite know what else to say, the guinea pigs seem to like it, I’ve not personally tried any, if I do I’ll edit the review. But having looked at other options of buying boxes of hay, this seemed easy and of good value.

Consistently good quality
9 times out of 10 really good coarse hay. Occasionally the hay is softer than my rabbits prefer however generally a solid product. Rabbits won't touch anything from the pet shop.

Great stuff
Consistently good hay, never had a bad batch over many years. It's always green, chunky and smells fantastic - excellent for nutrition and dental health in any herbivore. The box is big and sturdy and good for storage (and recyclable obviously). Makes a fantastic big durable castle for your critter! The price is obviously a lot higher than most hay but I think it's worth it for the guarantee of a great product. I've bought other premium hays before and had bad batches but (touch wood) hasn't happened with Burgess. Plus it's so chunky and stalky it's really cut down on dental bills over the years. Be aware the product is not compressed in the box. I prefer this as it creates less dust and the stalks stay long. There is very little wasted this way. Also because every critter seems to love this hay! I would highly recommend it for fussy eaters. I've also noticed less wastage due to not pulling it out of the holder onto the floor and peeing/pooing on it as much as they do with other hays. All round recommended but you have to work out if it's cost effective if you have a lot of animals.

Is good but a lot of dust hay is inside. Compare to other is nothing wow. But is ok. Has some green some grey Hay.

Great quality hay, which are guinea pigs love. Stays fresh in this box which we only need once a month.

Too thin
This hay is way too thin and flimsy so results in all the hay falling out of their hay rack every day and creating an absolute mess. Once it’s been on the floor they won’t eat it either so it’s just going to waste. Will stick to my normal coarser hay in future
