Has anyone used this in chocolate ?

Some of our customers are using strawberry powder to white chocolate praline filling. Not sure how it will behave if added hot melted chocolate as heat will lower its taste. It's perfectly to use for dusting or adding into cold fillings though... Actually its one of best uses as it gives colour, flavour and taste all by adding power without increasing moisture content, so fillings are lovely and creamy.

It says add a spoon to smoothies. What size spoon and how many helpings per pack. Thank you

I use a tablespoon which is around 12-15 grams

Can this be used as an alternative to sugar or sweetener in recipes?

Hello, although it is "sweet-tart" taste, it really has a fantastic flavour of strawberries - so it really adds full-round flavour (including) sweetness to your recipes. However, we can not say it can be used as "sweetener" - becuase its flavourful and complex. Not just sweet. The most sweet of all is banana powder, but thats also has quite strong banana flavour of course.
