Flavours ranked
Here is my review of the flavours I have tried ranked from best to worst. I will be trying strawberry cheesecake next and add it to the list. Cherry bakewell - Tastes exactly like a cherry bakewell and has a very soft texture and isn’t dry. Honey berry - I have purchased this one the most, the berries are quite nice and the bar is sweet but not artificial tasting. Red velvet cake - Lots of white chocolate chunks and it doesnt taste too bad, it does have a resemblance of red velvet cake. Double chocolate - I wouldn’t repurchase this flavour but its not too bad, lots of chocolate chunks. Salted caramel - Not very nice but still edible, quite an artificial caramel flavour and it’s quite dry. Chocolate brownie - Very hard and dry with barely any chocolate chips. Red velvet brownie - A worse version of the chocolate brownie, very artificial tasting and very dry texture. Cookies and cream - Really struggled to eat these, the flavour is very artificial and very dry. I wouldn’t repurchase the variety box because of this flavour.

Nice with a hot drink
If you're looking for a protein bar that won't break the bank, Warrior bars are worth considering. I recently tried the Salted Caramel flavour, and while it wasn't the most luxurious protein bar I've ever had, it definitely delivered on protein and kept me feeling full. One thing to note is that these bars are quite dense and a bit dry. They're definitely more of a "chew" than a "melt-in-your-mouth" experience. However, the flavour is good, with noticeable chunks of salted caramel throughout. Compared to other brands I've tried, like Fulfil and Grenade, Warrior bars aren't as decadent. Those brands tend to be more like chocolate bars, but they also come with a higher price tag. I found that having a hot drink with the Warrior bar helped with the dryness. Overall, I'd say Warrior Salted Caramel protein bars are a solid choice if you're looking for a good value, high-protein snack. Just be aware that they are a bit on the dry side. I'd happily buy these again, especially when I can get them for under £1 a bar.

Thumbs up from me
Despite the negative reviews, I still went ahead and ordered some of these and I am really pleased that I have. I got the variery box, which states 2 of 6 flavours each, and that is what I got. It would have been nice to have one of each and then double up to fill, but hey. I like the texture and don't find it dry at all, they need a decent bit of chewing, so I can't scoff this fast like chocolate, which is a good thing. Sometimes, I can only eat half a bar and I will save the other half for another day. Sometimes it is the entire bar, just depends on how hungry I am. They are sweet, but not overly for me. They travel well and survive a good bashing about in my handbag as there is no coating to break and then crumble into your lap. Nice flavours too I have to say, so, if the variety box becomes available again, I would deffo order, and the cost was amazing. I think if you have not had a 'raw' bar before, maybe that could be a bit 'oh er' for you, but I have therefore it was not and I love these. Update, variety box available again....order placed!

Good price, bland flavours
A lot like many other protein bars. A bit dry, bland, and not overly enjoyable to eat. But I find protein bars handy to take away on journeys, and having tried the Grenade brand, I thought I'd try this one. Each bar has 20g protein and between 220 - 250 calories. Taste wise, I wasn't impressed with any. I got the variety box. Even the blueberry, which had the odd berry in the bar, didn't really taste of much. On the plus side they're not overly crumbly, which is good for snacking in cars. Price wise, can't complain, decent price.

Don't expect a nice taste (Peanut butter)
I am completely new to protein bars so have nothing to compare these too. I am trying to cut down on my refined carb intake and increase my protein intake. That, obviously, rules out almost anything sweet and delicious! I thought my dreams had come true with these bars - a low sugar protein bar that tastes like Reese's?!? (as per the picture on the wrapper) yes please!! Of course, the reality is somewhat different. It's described as a flapjack and I suppose, if you close your eyes, the consistency is similar to that of a flapjack that has been trodden on and compacted to a pretty hard lump and then left to go dry and stale. The taste... where do I start? it's nothing like chocolate or peanut that's for sure! Its almost tasteless actually, but just a tiny bit salty and with a bit of artificial sweetness. I do actually find myself grimacing while I eat them - like a toddler with broccoli! :) Do I like them? resoundingly no! Will I eat the rest of them? Probably, because I hate waste and they weren't cheap. Would I buy them again - never. I've knocked off just one star for false advertising the flavour expectation - other than that, I suppose they are what they are and if you like this sort of thing - fair play to you. I used to work in marine engineering and refurbish life rafts. Within the emergency pack in a life raft is a survival "biscuit". All newbies to the yard had to eat one as a sort of initiation (that's how unpleasant they are but they are meant to keep you alive, not taste yummy). These bars actually reminded me of those survival biscuits! They have a long shelf life so I might put a couple in the glove box in the car for emergency rations! :)

Solid, filling bars
Warrior bars are very filling and satisfying. They are not too sweet, unlike some bars, and feel more suitable as a snack. My liking for the flavours varies quite a bit. Red Velvet is very nice, the chocolate ones are a little disappointing, They seem to boost my overall energy and recovery very effectively. Strong recommend

Ottima qualità prezzo
G**E
