I noticed, almost immediately, an improvement in my hair - softer, more body and less frizz. I'm still new to the product but after the initial improvement I will most certainly be continuing to take the supplement.

I am very satisfied with these pills, they help a lot and work, my hair began to fall out less, in a fairly short period of time.

I purchased this product for hair growth, but I haven't noticed any difference yet. I've only been taking them for about two weeks. I have noticed that my nails are stronger and whiter at the tips instead of the usual transparent. Also, I noticed that my libido has increased. Not sure if that was supposed to happen, but it definitely has. I am post menopausal so I wasn't expecting that but I guess I like it LOL! I'll report back once I'm done taking them to say if it helped my hair growth.

I started by using the shampoo and conditioner and I like so much what it was doing that I decided to add the pills. Not everyone will have the same results, like any nutrients it all depends on many other aspects, in my case I'm over 40 and vitamin nutrients inhibitors are my problem, so I have adjusted my food intake to avoid them. With that being said after 1 month of this pills and 3 months of the shampoo and conditioner, I see less of my scalp, my hair feels more full and thicker when I get my fingers in between it. Many of my gray hair have started to grow dark again, I can see the tip of them dark while the rest is white, I was not sure of that being do to the pill but my friend ask me if i was using any product because my hair look darker, and looking in to other reviews there is a gentleman who posted a picture and on day 86 you can see his hair is more darker than the previous 2 other pictures he posted, letting me belive this pills helps with the color specially for ppl with gray hair. I no longer need to wash my hair every other day. It stays longer looking full and being manageable. Also I no longer look like I put oil on my hair, no greasy hair, I forgot when was the last time I went through that. I don't use hair spray, products or oils but I do blowdry so the ends look the same and as soon as I get a haircut I look forward for seeing how long it takes them to turn dull and scruffy. In the picture I added, I just had washed my hair and I love how less of my scalp is visible. Another detail I notice I normally will do my nails every 3 weeks, I had to change my appointment for 2 weeks cuz nails are growing faster, I look forward for seeing if it stays like that during winter when their growth slows down. Also be aware, if this pills work for you, they will work everywhere in your body (that's been my experience) I need to shave more frequently and pluck my eyebrows more often.

I am not shedding as much.

On my 4th bottle. I tried giving it atleast 3 months+ usage to write a review. I already have long hair. I got these vitamins to help with thinning edges and crown. While I do notice some peach fuzz growth and slight improvement on my edges I don't notice a very drastic change. The vitamins are expensive, not a fan of the initial smell and the fact you must take 2 per day and they are big p In size. Over 120 bucks in total on vitamins. Every product doesn't work for everyone so. That said, I'll be researching other options

I love and trust Dr. Berg's supplements, and this is no different. I really see a difference! My hair is long and thick, but I noticed a lot on my hairbrush sometime after turning 50... and I noticed a major improvement in about a week. I also use his Collagen powder as well as Green Pastures cod liver/ butter oil!

Fast Delivery Pack well. Average size and is easy to sallow. No funny smell nor taste. Taking 1 tablet daily after dinner, the recommendation is to take 2 a day. Yet to feel any different. Need to monitor further.
