I purchased this to support my immune system, it's always better to do as much as you can naturally. The 3 ingredients I was most interested in are Quercetin, Bromelain and Zinc and there's enough of all 3 in 1 capsule for a whole day and if I start feeling a cold I can take 2 a day. Compared to similar products, it's slightly less expensive. It's made in America and the importance of that cannot be overstated.

I take Quercertin daily to help keep me well. I take several vitamins and supplements and will buy this brand again. Easy to take and at a decent price!
