Don’t buy d doesn’t work it stopped working. It made in china…

Does not read RPM of anything. Tried with reflective paint as well as supplied reflective strips. The only thing this tool is good for is a laser dot to play with your pets. Will be returning.

Difficult to use. I never got it to work.

I use photo tachs few times a week at my job. Thought I would get a cheaper one for my service truck. Just got this photo tach and tried it on my ceiling fan to test it out. It shows my ceiling fan alternates between 1200 and 4700 rpm. Tried many times and even put a 2 inch strip on the fan to make sure it was reading properly. Save you’re money. This is a piece of garbage.
