It has to say that on the can or else it can damage any polymer that it comes into contact with. otherwise, it is awesome at cleaning up interior weapons parts. Great for removing cosmoline and any powder fouling you may have. Continuous spray then let dry. It will dry quite quickly, then add your favorite oil/lube for those metal parts. The Barricade, will leave a very nice exterior covering for the outside of your firearms. Soaks into the metal and keeps rust and other stuff off the barrels and exterior areas. The Bore Scrubber does what it says for loosening carbon fouling and other related build up. I use this stuff religiously to keep my firearms clean and ready to go. Remember take care of your firearm and your firearm will take care of you. And as always, safety first.
