An Excellent Lens
An excellent lens. Not cheap, but a great match for my Canon R6 Mk2. It delivers a 6000 x 4000 px image, which is much larger than using a Canon EFS lens with the EF to RF Converter.

This is a wonderful lens, well-balanced in use and robustly built. Image quality is good and the lens is sharp. A marked upgrade to any RF kit lens.

New Professional Lens for Press and General use. Good match for my Canon eos R6 Mk2 Body.

OK but not great.
If this lens was under £1000 I would probably give it 5 stars. I’m just not impressed with the image quality compared to much cheaper options I’ve used in similar focal ranges. When I bought my R6 I had the choice of getting a converter and an older EF series lens or getting a new RF lens. I wish I chose the converter with an older lens. I’ve had Tamrons under £600 produce better images than this. Pros: - Great build quality - Great image stabilization Cons: - Not great sharpness for the price - Some focus breathing in my R6 - Overpriced
