You do get the power cord along with the lamp I love mine it looks great and unique

Can you get a one of these that works with a dimmable build

You have to use a specific dimmable bulb not just an ordinary E27 one, I rewired mine with a flex that had a dimmer switch on.

Can you dim the bulb?

No, a dimmer bulb doesn’t work with this. Also, we changed the electric socket as the original one had parts which looked a bit dodgy. It does look good with an Edison style filament bulb.
