Completely useless, didn’t do a thing

I’ve received my pack within November 2024 and I’ve just noticed today that the expiry date of the supplement is July 2024; so it has been expired already. I would like to return these items

I really like this product as it helped me to relax and help me to sleep better. The pill is large, but I didn’t have any trouble swallowing it. I definitely would order again.

Helps out with cleaning out your stomach before anything which makes the body feel lighter and also make you fall asleep in ease waking up the next morning more energized.

I have used this brand many years ago in the past, and don’t remember having issues with it back then. I started using it again, three weeks ago and every morning I have felt dehydrated and have had a headache upon waking up. I drink around 120oz of water a day so I thrown off. I stopped taking this for a week and my headaches immediately improved. I have changed a lot in my diet and health since I have taken this in the past previously and I just don’t think it works with my body anymore! Overall, I did sleep great on it if that’s what you are looking for and it did help me relax, I just didn’t like how I felt in the morning. Maybe it is interacting with something else I’m taking, so check with your doc if you’re on other meds! Every body is different though and I do like other products from this brand, so give it a shot!

They make me constipated so I stopped taking them. They work as I did get more energy and feel better but the other issue was unbearable

These will KNOCK YOU OUT! I took it and couldn’t even last 30 minutes. If you are using it for a sleep aid it’s great. I didn’t give it 5 stars cause the actual pill is HUGE.
