Much better than bulky pills
I have to have these daily but I've been having a hard time swallowing larger pills so these are great being in a capsule!

Bought this supplement as immune support. Having a tough summer that I thought was me running down and wanted to amp up my supplements. L-lysine was recommended and Country Life is a brand I trust. Hard to really evaluate but I give it 4 stars for the brand, the support it offers, and the fair price and delivery.

Exactly what I expected
These work like it says. L-Lysine is very good for daily use. My hair has thickness and my skin and nails are much better than they were. I will be ordering again and again
