Not securely. I wouldn't recommend it honestly. If you put all your othwr stuff in it (cards, money etc..) it will not latch closed.

Nope, no zipper and no space for change.

Q: how many cards does it hold?

Six cards but it doesn't last it's pretty. But I just bought another kind this week.
