Absolutely amazing starter kit don't have any complaints had a lot of fun using it

This was a gift for my husband and he ABSOLUTELY loves it!!

I'm new to dip pens, so I wanted to get something inexpensive with which to practice. The good points of this set are that the pen holder feels great in the hand, the ink is outstanding (I wish I knew what kind it was), and the nibs stay in the holder well. That being said, I could only write with the nib that looks like a fountain pen nib using the included ink. With every other ink I tried, writing was impossible, even though the nib was loaded with ink. I tried diluting the ink, thickening the ink, and adding more ink, and still the nib wouldn't write. I tried using another of the included nibs, and the only way I could get it to make a mark was to put a lot of pressure in it. I prepared both nibs using the various methods I found online several times, because I read that unless you clean off the factory coating, the nib won't write well. After more than half a dozen cleanings though, the factory coating should be off, so I'm not sure why these nibs don't write well, but they don't, except with the included ink.

I like it. I hope it goes on sale can order a few more for people.

This is a beautiful pen set. I didn't realize I was ordering something so lovely. I'm so happy with the elegance of the pen, nibs, even the box in which it comes. I will buy more for gifts! Happy customer here!

La boîte est arrivée avec les 6 plumes promises plus une plume sur le porte plume et 5 plumes à bout rond dans un petit sachet. En plus la livraison est arrivée le 7 pour une livraison entre le 8 et le 18! Le vendeur a aussi fait attention à l'emballage pour le trajet depuis la Chine, du coup, le produit arrive en bon état.
