This is THEE BEST probiotic I have ever had. After I discovered it had chitosane with the probiotic strain to help with yeast overgrowth, I had to give it a shot and I’m glad I did. My whole digestive system has changed for the better! It works within 15 minutes. I am never bloated anymore, rarely have flatulence, less indigestion and fairly regulated. It also has improved my immune system. I will NEVER use any other probiotic, as long as they keep supplying this.

It really helps curb cravings for sugar. It doesn’t make them go away...but if you’re doing keto and you have a cheat week, this really helps keep the gut bacteria that cause carb/sugar cravings in check. I’ve also found that this helps with inflammation immensely (the main reason I bought it). It has been amazing combined with turmeric for keeping inflammation down. Both work well without the other, but together makes my rings fit consistently (no more massive inflammation days!) and keeps my ankles from swelling after long days.

Great probiotic. I’ve been using it for months and I digest so much better. Great price also. It really works. I’ve tried lots of different ones some do nothing some really help. This has been my go to.

It's amazing for everything related to gut health. The value is fantastic. Inflammation is in check. I have been on it about a year, but every shipment except one, has had a lengthy wait time. My current order placed November 17th still has not shipped out. (It's Nov 23) It's going to arrive Dec 4-17. For those of us who truly need it, that's way too long. :(

Bought it for my 21 yo daughter who was frequently suffering from upset stomach and diarrhea, after I've read recommendation from French vlogger/dietician. She noticed big improvement after couple of weeks and in the next month or so, her symptoms were pretty much gone. Terrific product! (However, as with any supplements, be sure to first rule out any other underlying health issues, which may cause GIT symptoms)
