The item does exactly what you would want it to do, so you can't complain about that. I just wish it was included with the Pro edge or the long grind accessories. I would have even been happy if they included the right bolts to install it.

Part of the appeal of the Proedge is the ability it provides to sharpen quickly while insuring a near-perfect edge. The Proset here only makes it that much easier. I'm not entirely sure why it's not included with the Proedge, but seems reasonably priced given that it's Well made and nicely finished (powder coat I believe).

Pricey but helpful getting repeatable results sharpening fingernail grind bowl gouges.

I'm not sure what angle this thing sets. I set a 45 on a bowl gouge with the fingernail profiling jig that came with the tool and sharpened the tool. I then realized that I could get the same grind on the long grind jig I purchased (it allows fingernail, long, and extra long grinds), however, when I set up the fingernail 45 in that jig and put it to the belt it was a different angle. I suppose it could be the jigs, but I'll just use the long grind jig and return this.
