I love this tool! The best part is, it's super easy to take apart (according to the instructions) and toss in the dishwasher. Most others on the market do NOT come apart for cleaning. This one's blades are super sharp and it's handy and easy to use.

I have only used it a couple of times and am not certain it works as well as I had hoped. I became intrigued with this style of tenderizer watching a segment on QVC and decided I would try one out. True that the systems works as described and relatively easy to clean, but I am not yet convinced that either chicken or beef comes out any more tended than my beating them to death with a hammer-like tenderizer or as tender as when I sous vide the meat products (that is the most tender and moist way). But then, I have only tried it three times and my wife claimed the round steak tenderized for pepper steak was very tender. So the Jury is still out.

This meat tenderizer works great. I follow a carnivore eating plan and use this on most of the beef that I eat. It punctures the meat and allows the salt I rub into the meat to be absorbed. I let it dry brine over night in the refrigerator and even cheaper cuts of meat are tender and delicious. The handle makes it easy to hold and use. The tenderizer comes apart easily for cleaning and is dishwasher safe.
