Can this machine be programmed to do 2+ knead cycles to make artisan bread?

The "Homemade" bread button is programable to do mix, stir, rise, etc. to your specifications. You can do 1, 2 or 3 rises and set the time for each. Same for mix & stir cycles. Look in your manual for Program #15 information or push the "Homemade" button right of the "Start/Stop" button on the control panel on top of the machine.

Does this product have a compressor or do I have to pre-freeze the bowl to make ice cream?

Hi Jennifer! Thanks for your question. There is no compressor within this product (increases the cost and potential quality issues from a shipping standpoint), but it does come with a very nice, small batch ceramic "bucket" that contains a freezing gel within the sides of the bucket itself. When put into a freezer for 60-90 minutes, this gel gets very, very cold. Once frozen, you simply add your ingredients, place it in the bread maker and turn on the iMix setting...in approximately 7-10 minutes, you have delicious home-made ice cream! If you want a second batch, many times if you immediately remove the ice cream to another container, add your ingredients and start the iMix function again, you can get 2 batches from the same frozen bucket. Our grandkids absolutely love it, to the point where the ice cream maker is getting used as much as the bread maker! :-) Hope this answers your question, but if not, feel free to contact us anytime. My machine arrived without instruction manual, could anyone email me if they have it?

If I remember correctly, the manual was inside some of the cardboard pieces on the sides of the inner box, or inside the machine itself. The bread recipes are all in a chart in the back rather than written instructions. And I'm sure there is an online manual as well.

Can this machine make non-dairy ice cream?

Absolutely! The best ice cream I make in this machine is with almond milk, vanilla, stevia in the raw and Hershey’s sugar free chocolate syrup! So it’s dairy free and sugar-free ! Then I pour it into a bowl and add some peanuts it a more healthier option of fruit...it’s awesome and very low calorie! And HEALTHY. And my kids love it!
