if its PRIME it should be covered and returnable.

Q: What is the length of the cutting blade?

It is the same width as a straight ravor blade around an 1-1/4" but the cut is limited to the roller underneath. It comes with 3 seizes the largest being around an inch, but I was only able to get 7/8" cut. For sewing it's plenty.
