I am a new puppy owner, and I have never been trained on how to use a crate, but I knew that I needed to crate train my dog for obvious reasons. I watched a YouTube video about how to crate train a dog, and this crate was used in the video. I wasn’t really sure if it was worth it. But following the advice of the video, I saw how you could lift the top to be able to feed the puppy from the divider of the crate. That was really helpful. So first, leave crate door open all day, feed food through crate divider and in crate, some treats in crate maybe. Play with dog, throw chew toys and toys in crate. Make a comfortable bed. At night, cover crate with blanket on 3 sides, close door and sleep in same room. Use puppy with heart sound, sound machine, some chew toys and toys. After one day, it’s my dog’s favorite place. We are only on day 5, and in the morning, she stays in the crate with the door open, and she has been doing that for a few days now. She doesn’t try to bolt when I open the door. She hasn’t had one accident in the crate. I do wake up every couple of hours to let her potty, though, and am at home in the day, and the crate door stays open. She goes in there for cat naps or to chew or play. I think on day 2, she collected all her toys and put them in crate herself. I think the splurge to be able to open the crate from the top, feed through the divider really helped. The quality of the crate as well as ease of opening and closing the door also helps I think to lessen anxiety. I like that as she gets older, this will fit her, and that you can fully open from the side for access so that she can chill out. I’m so happy that we splurged on this crate. It made crate training so easy for someone who had no experience and did not know what they were doing. I don’t think we would have been as successful with crate training if we had not had this crate. I forgot to add, the fact that it collapses for travel is also a selling point for us. If we do travel, we ca easily bring it with us. It is a heavy crate, but we don’t plan on moving it often. I think it also speaks to the quality, the fact that it’s heavy. It has wheels so should help with transport not being so painful. Being able to easily remove the crate bottom in case of an accident for cleaning was comforting. Other crates you would have to completely take it apart to do that. Who feels like doing that? If your dog chews on the crate, you could put a spray on it that tastes bitter so that they don’t want to chew on it. So far she hasn’t tried to chew on the crate, she has a chew toy in her crate to self soothe.

I hesitated on the price of the Revol Collapsible Dog Crate from DIGGS, but after using it, it quickly proved to be worth the investment. The crate feels solid and secure while still looking intentional and stylish—nothing like traditional wire crates. It collapses easily, the wheels make moving it effortless, and the design blends seamlessly into our living space rather than feeling like something to hide. Our dog settled into it right away, which mattered most to us. We loved it so much that we bought a second one for my parents’ home, and when we added another dog, getting a third was a no-brainer. If you’re on the fence because of the price, I completely understand—I was too. The quality, thoughtful design, and everyday ease truly justify the cost. We love it and would absolutely buy it again.

It’s in the heavy side, but that’s because of its solid Contruction. Love that it is portable, has wheels, collapses easily. Not a big fan of the price, but, for quality nowadays one has to pay the price. Well worth the purchase? YES!!

Our number one reason for purchasing it was looks. And now I don’t know why we waited so long. Our Petco crate worked great, but it looked like a big black cage no matter where we put it. We could not be happier because the ash gray blends in with our decor perfectly. It still looks like a crate, but it’s a lot more elegant and subtle than what we had. Functionally, it’s very sturdy, very dog proof (for our furry little chewer), and has lots of ingress/egress options. It’s a breeze to assemble/break down, thoughtfully designed, safe, and secure. Do read the owner’s manual bc there are a few finer points (regarding proper use) that you might not pick up on your own. The only downside is that it’s heavy to pick up. Even if you move it using the built-in rollers, you have to stoop because the grip is just a groove built into the frame. Would I buy again or recommend to a friend? 100% yes. Update: I’ve now had this a few weeks and my dog already considers it his home-within-the-home. He’s a small buy mighty chewer and has already done some damage to the finish on the grates…so I’m just hoping the bond is strong enough that it doesn’t deteriorate on its own now that the paint seal is broken.

This was an expensive purchase for a kennel. I am happy to report that it is a quality item that is sturdy and is fairly easy to collapse and set up again. I bought it for an 8 week old puppy and although it is not a recommended size so early on, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Now 4 months, my pup is filling the space rapidly and he loves it. It is made to last.

The Diggs crate appears to be well built, but we have two puppies. The side garage door appears to be hard to use with our puppies. The return policy said returnable for 30 days but the assumption was that it would follow Amazon prime return policy, but was I wrong. The item does say returnable, but not Free Prime Return. Looks like cost estimates to ship back to Diggs will cost as much as to buy them, not happening. My recommendation is not to buy anything expensive and heavy from Amazon that is not Prime Free Return.

The dog love it brought it for him to be his day bed. Even recommend friend to buy it for their dogs.

I struggle with this review because it is probably the "best" crate. But it's super over kill. Especially the price. It's probably strong enough to hold the wildest animal. But, I got the small size and small dogs are pretty weak. So does it need actually to be this strong? Issues: 1) It's very heavy. 2) Not as easy to fold as the videos would have you believe. 3) Even when folded, it's still big, and you cant stand it up properly. 4) Wheels are basically useless. Especially, if you cover your crate, or have rough terrain like carpet. 5) It's eazy to accidentally leave it unlocked. Both me my partner and the another owner of this crate accidently left the door open, by not having pushed the door in all the way. Sounds obvious, but in the middle of the night when you are half asleep you might not notice. 6) My Crate is always covered. It should come with a nice cover or way to close it up a bit.
