Arrived on schedule. It looks like what was advertised. I have not installed it yet. It is going on a crane truck.

Challenge to attack to the winch
Best buy for this year. Took me a but to get to removing theold cable to install this new line.I had to modify the end a little bit and find another bolt to go through the end. To attack it to the winch, once this was completed it only required a matter of minutes to wind the new line into the winch.Went right to workpulling a old car up onto my hauling trailer. This line made it so much easier. While I would still wear a pair of gloves for safety..this new synthetic line does not need to be handledwith gloves.Thanks

Good so far but then again my Jeep is more of a pavement princess now but at least the cable looks good on my winch

Pretty solid rope
Package showed up quick. Rope looks and feels pretty solid. I have a couple lying around from warn and the quality feel great.

No metal end attachment point on rope as advertised.
The rope did not come with metal end to easily attach to winch as advertised. Returned first rope and second one was the same way. End up cutting end of rope, adding an electrical 2/0 wire stud. Easy fix but had to buy metal lug and wait a few days for it to arrive.

As Advertised
Not sure of durability over time as I have only had it on my boat trailer winch for one season. If it holds up as ads states and the ultra violet doesn't impact strength over time that will be great.

80 ft, good price and free hook.
The box it came in says 80 or.100 ft with no indication which it is. I measured mine at 80 ft which is different than the 85 claimed in this ad. 5 ft is not enough to return it for. Likely it started at 85 and by the time they wrap it around the thimble and back onto itself you get down to the 80. It may also stretch to that length as it doesn't seem "pre-stretched" (like becomes semi-stiff) Once you consider you'll leave 10 ft on the winch and maybe using a block and tackle I'm afraid I'll find myself missing that 5 ft. I was on the fence about 100 or 85 but the price got me. I might make some soft shackles out of it and keep it as a 50 ft extension. Price was right, bonus hook can never hurt.
