I never stick to anything like this for any length of time but this journal has been fantastic. The only days I have missed in the last 6 weeks or so are when I was exceptionally unwell. I love that every day there are different questions but filling it out doesn't take too long each morning and evening. It makes me think and asks thought provoking questions. I think I'll feel a little lost when I reach the end of the book!

This journal offers so much. Comparing to other brands this one offers so many different sections. It’s a little journey to your inner self with different questions for every day and evening it reminds you that you can be grateful for absolutely everything. It’s a positive way to promote gratitude by taking you back to childhood memories to positive plans about your future. There’s also a section for tracking your daily routine, workout sleep etc., a section about manifestation and what you want to achieve in life and also tips and ways on how to practise gratitude. There’s also weekly notes section in which you can put in detail all your though about your week.Very nice cover, colour and design as well.

A perfect place to write down your thoughts. Having used many gratitude journals in the past, I can say this one is amazing. It’s full of tips and information about meditation, law of attraction and affirmations, which is great for prompting you to think outside of the box rather than writing the same things down daily.A great gift! I can’t wait to continue filling it up!

What a beautiful book with such helpful and inspiring exercises for you to do. A really lovely present for my friend with gorgeous quotes and helpful reflections to end your day on a positive note. I would highly recommend this book. It really helps externalise your thoughts and makes you feel grateful of the life you're leading!

This journal really is amazing. I am blown away at the details and the content is just incredible. From daily and weekly journaling to a sleep diary to breath work, meditation and so much more. I can't wait to start using it and see difference I can make to my life. This book truly is fantastic

I’m so pleased with this journal. It’s really well written, easy to follow and beautifully presented. My personal favourite section is the Manifestation Mindset toward the back of the book. I’ve have purchased a few similar journals over the years and this is by far the best.
