Instead of 5 different knife blanks three were the exact same blade and one if the others was unfinished. So two of the most desirable blades were absent.

These blade blanks make very handsome knives, and they take and hold a keen edge (which is the most important part of a knife’s function.)

Good patterns nicely made and preshaped....presented.... could very easily just glue and pin scales on and call these good.I prefer more custom and due to the fact that they are very sharp out of the box, I dulled them for safety while working on them will sharpen at the end as usual.

These are very nice and beautiful Damascus blanks. They come sharp. The rest is up to you, put the handle you want on them. They really beg for the finest of material.

The media could not be loaded.  Check out my video for an overview of these blanks -- each one has it's own character and overall style. As you'll see I'm planning to tweak them a bit to my own plans, but you don't have to do that. Handled as is they'd still be great.Wonderful character to the steel and solid thickness.

So this is the dagger, it is going to a helicopter pilot in Poland right now. Can't wait for him to get home safe.
