Love these. My boys like how they work. They do the job, but not too drying. Good price too with how many you get, especially for the brand.

I bought the PanOxyl patches for my son and they have been working very well. My cousin recommended them after noticing his skin, and I can honestly say they’ve helped. I will definitely continue buying them and would recommend them as well. My son uses them at night as directed, and by the next morning his pimples and acne look much better. According to him, they don’t dry out the area and feel very comfortable to wear overnight. He says it doesn’t feel irritating at all, almost like he’s not wearing anything. I’m planning to try other products from this brand too.

These hydrocolloid patches are amazing! They clear up regular zits so quickly. Deeper acne (nodular or cystic) requires something else entirely. For everyday use, these are my go-to.

I love these patches. I get pretty bad cystic acne and these help draw out the gunk over a few days. expensive but can’t live without them now!

I’m a big fan of PanOxyl products because I find their effectiveness to be superior to other brands that prioritize marketing and promotions over product quality. These are my top choices for overnight pimple patches due to their efficacy and reasonable price. They’re not the cheapest, but they’re certainly not the most expensive either. They’ve worked almost 90% of the time. My only complaints are that they come in only two sizes, and I wish they offered a third size. More importantly, I’ve noticed some discoloration for a couple of days after using a pimple patch for two or three nights in a row on the same pimple. I do this because I’m impatient, and after a night or two, most pimples are gone and just need healing time to restore their healthy state. The pimple patch has been working hard to remove all the gunk. I strongly suggest not putting on another pimple patch once all the gunk has been extracted by the patch. Instead, use a fading and/or pairing product to help the skin heal and prevent or minimize any discoloration.

Sirven perfecto. Las espinillas más bravas requieren usarlos dos noches seguidas. Pero las más simples desaparecen la noche que usas el parche. Además es muy cómodo porque trae varios tamaños y ya te sirve dependiendo del tamaño de la espinilla. Les digo la verdad, se que son PM pero los he usado de día para proteger espinillas de polvo y maquillaje y acá sigo, sin las espinillas. No se que tan recomendable es usarlo de día así que no me tomen la palabra pero me imagino que es peor tener la espinilla al descubierto todo el día. Los recomiendo siempre a quien me pregunta que llevo puesto. Son súper buenos. Además la cantidad que trae por el precio, la verdad es que es un no brainer. Los últimos que tuve duraron como unos seis meses.
