I have used many non-stick pans earlier. They start deterioration in a couple of weeks. After 6 months, they are in pretty bad shape. In a year, I throw them and buy another one. I have used this for more than a month and this is looking and working as new. Food does not stick. Oil does not stick to the pan. Very easy to clean.

It is really non stick you can fry egg without ghee. One of the best using for last 2 months.

Heavy and of excellent quality. The circular ridges help a lot. Very minimal oil is enough to make stuff that would take at least twice as much oil. Update after 5 years of use: the non stick layer is peeling off but it has served me well so probably will buy another one.

Dosas come out a bit too soft. Dosas do not become crisp or crunchy or hotel-style like on other nonstick tawas.

Good quality product. Far better than the common non stick tawas. Worth for the cost
