The heating pad I purchased is not working. Even with 15 min no heat was delivered.

I received this heating pad on 4th Jan 2023. It turned on when i tested it same day. After that it didn’t turn on. Called amazon customer care but they refused to help or replace the item. I don’t even want refund. I just want product replacement as it stopped working within 10 days and there’s no support.

Not quite as hot as others but I like the weight of it, timer and price! Hoping it lasts longer than the other brand I usually purchase which has become a piece of garbage in recent years. I'm a Registered Massage Therapist so it gets LOTS of use!Update still works well in 2019! Just bought another oneOpened digital controller and snipped off the piezoelectric beeper thing. Ahhhh no more beeping

This heating pad is absolutely fabulous. It's programmable heat and time works really well. The size ensures you can heat your entire back if you need to. After going through three heating pads every year purchased from drug stores, this one is by far the best I've ever purchased. The heat is even and you do not ever feel it heating up. Once it comes to temperature it stays there. I will never purchase another drug store heating pad. This is a true keeper, and one I highly recommend

Worked very well since purchased in Nov 2014 (with daily winter use in a professional setting) until Feb 2017 when red power button loosened and fell off, Tried taping it back on but now it will not always turn on unless I unplug it first and, at times, automatically shuts off.

I received the heating pad 3 weeks ago. It continually fluctuates in temperature. I have it set at the highest setting 165 Fahrenheit and sometimes it's not even warm. My husband has looked at it and said that it is obviously defective. Initially, I wasn't going to say anything and just consider it a loss (thus the late reply), but now realize that was silly. Also, the instruction manual said that prior to initial use, to "slip the heating unit within the cotton cover"...it was already in the cotton cover...which leads me to believe that I received a used/returned unit. I have contacted the seller (Leo) and await a reply. Hopefully, he does the right thing and gives me a complete refund, including paying for shipping it back to him.

quick heating with a timer. Large enough pad to cover lower back to back of leg to knees.Love the digital display. Would have liked if the display was backlit to see in the dark.Otherwise meets all my requirements
