Easy to install. Makes it impossible for anyone to slam my office door. Good product.

This product is fine however the delivery was not done in a professional manner. The delivery person placed the package on a chair on m porch and then moved the chair in front of my outward opening storm door thus blocking my ability to open the door (see photo). I had to knock the package onto the porch in order to get the door open to retrieve the package. Had this package contained anything fragile it could have been damaged. PLEASE pass this on to the delivery people to not move furniture on my porch so that is blocks the door from opening. Thank you.

This is pricey, but it did the trick. It’s been on my commercial door at my Business for the last month with no problems.

The instructions for this item are simply terrible. The directions lack very important details to be able to install it correctly. For example, for the parallel installation method, there is no mention that the end of the arm needs to be removed. I only learned about this after watching a you tube video. Other than that, the item is performing well for the intended purpose.
