Foam Insulated Mug, 20-Ounce, Pearl Dark Blue

This mug was ordered for my husband and he had a worse experience than I did. He had to struggle to remove the lid and in doing so the mug slipped and fell on the floor and the whole handle came off. He disgustedly threw his in the trash.This is not a good product and was a total waste of money. We do not recommend this seller as they were contacted first about my mug and still heard nothing back. Not so much as an apology at the very least.

I have sent an email to Gama with no reply. I have purchased several of these cups because they really are great! However, this one blue 20 oz. mug began to leak and became heavier due to liquid in the insulation chamber. I have sent an email but have received no reply. I would like to get a replacement for the defective product. No communication from Gama at all. Not a great way to do business....

I wanted an insulated mug that could be used in the microwave, and this works perfectly. Seems to stay hot for at least 90 minutes, and acceptably hot up to 2 hours.Being plastic, it's also good for situations where you could easily drop it.I plan to get 1 or 2 more.

I've had this mug for approximately six months. And the bottom has become rounded, it is very unstable, and I am past the return date. I think I had one month to return it. The problem is it keeps getting worse. So I'd like you all to know, what happened to me. Thank you for listening.

Like this mug a lot. It can handle being in the dishwasher or the microwave. Easy to clean by hand also. Also, it doesn't leak and the top removes easily.

this cup is great. I do not know how anyone can rate this cup anything less than 5 stars I have had this cup design for 35 years my brother in-law gave me 5 cups back then .he worked at a Texaco gas station.. Texaco gave them out for full tank of gas. I was down to my last cup, most of them got lost or misplaced on construction projects , I found these and ordered one WOW it is the same design so happy,, I ordered 2 more for backup some ratings are very dishonest, they don't get water logged, no leaks etc. there is small hole above the handle this is for venting if water gets in ,, don't put it in dishwasher , wash by hand and enjoy your ne cupJohnny D

This mug is made with very cheap plastic. The lid had a sharp piece of plastic protruding from the area where you put your lips to drink. It's also very difficult to snap the lid on tightly. Because the hole in the lid is too large, excess coffee pools around the top of the lid each time you take a drink and often splashes up when the cup is made level after taking a sip. So very disappointed and definitely not worth the money!

I ordered this for my elderly mother in law who constantly carried around one she got as a promotional gift. Her care giver said she needed a cup to use while the other one was being washed. I looked on Amazon and found this one. It is no frills and nothing fancy but it is perfect for a senior citizen. Big handle, not heavy. I am happy with my purchase.

My wife loves her coffee .She thought this was great !!
