My pedicure provider recommended a 'toe cap' for my 2nd toe as it routinely feels bruised from walking or doing elliptical exercise. I think it is helping reduce the pressure of my toe against my shoes. So, I would recommend.

These work great but if you drop in the pool it’s impossible to find it. Suggest making them a bright color
