Love this protein! I have tried several different proteins throughout the years and always read the ingredients. I prefer these ingredients compared to others. No chalky taste. Just make sure you mix well. I prefer to blend my shake.

It mixes easily with water – I find this yields the best results as protein powder doesn't seem to dissolve well or healthily in milk. I've purchased this Vega Peanut Butter protein powder several times and it tasted decent. I recently re-ordered and was sent their new "formulation" and it tastes like straight chemicals. I thought maybe it was me or what I mixed in, so I tried it two more times, confirming the bitter, nasty, chemical taste. I posted about this on Vega's Facebook page and they admitted "We have made some updates to our product lineup, and we’re sorry to hear this one didn’t land for you." I replied "In what world does making the powder taste like chemicals "land" for anyone?" and they did not reply. I also noticed that they have had multiple people saying the same thing about the "new formulation" tasting like poison, including one that got their "updated" chocolate flavor. I also noticed that the amount of vitamins in the "new formulation" are also lower. So they are removing vitamins and replacing ingredients with cheaper, chemical tasting ones. People buying vegan protein powder through Vega are usually very health conscious customers and for them to do this is the ultimate slap in the face. Such an unethical and unscrupulous way to do business.

This is a great way to get your protein in every morning. I use it with any nut milk (I rotate almond, oat, and even coconut milk). It tastes great since I also add a little frozen berries. It’s delicious!!
