Easy. Fast. Simple. Does more than expected. Just stick with it. I encourage you to purchase more than one to work on multiple parts of your body at once. You can also use the gel packs with a cloth sack or sock to treat other areas of your body. This system along with the others I've purchased with Isavera has given me an opportunity to be at an ideal body mass and look the way I really want to.Consider in three months you can look and feel so very good! How many Years have you attempted and applied other methods, many of which were way more technical and regimented than this excellent method.JUST DO IT!

I love the idea of this product but it falls short. When I bought my first isavera product years ago I was blown away by the product and remember that I was told there was double chin solution in the works. When I saw this I immediately bought it and was so excited. After purchasing and using, I am sadly disappointed. The ice pack is not big enough for me and it does not stay cold long enough. Maybe 10 mins if that. Super disappointing cause I had really good results with the stomach product.

Cold part not big enough.

Too complicated to put on every time. It’s very uncomfortable and worst of all , the ice pack is not even cold after ten minutes so why should I be uncomfortable for more time? What was the point for all the effort of putting this complicated thing on?

I'm no stranger to chin sculpting devices - it's an insecurity of mine, so I've spent more than I'd like to admit on strengthening the visual appearance of my "weak chin" and minimizing any chin fat that will make my weak chin look even less pronounced. I liked the concept of this and wanted to give it a few weeks of use before rating.I followed the instructions, wore the contraption for an hour per day and though the ice pack didn't hold temp for that full hour, the compression worked about as well as my other compression chin bands. My one real knock was that it was uncomfortable to wear. Initially I thought I would do my usual night time routine and wear this in the hour just before bed while I read or surfed the internet. It was too uncomfortable to wear while lying down or in any position that put any pressure on the back of your head or neck - all the straps and stiff velcro meant that you could only wear it in a totally upright position. This meant I had to do it during the day, or earlier in my day at least so that my hair wouldn't be a complete mess, so it became inconvenient to do it consistently, but I managed to eventually find a time that worked out ok, though it was hard to get into a rhythm with it since it couldn't be incorporated easily into my night time or morning routine. It comes with a few other handy gadgets, a facial roller and calipers to measure your progress.I did like that it didn't put any pressure on the ears and didn't rely on the ears to hold everything into place and I could tighten or adjust it as needed, but some kind of softer hook and loop should be used so it's not so stiff and scratchy.Did I get permanent results? I'm not totally convinced - yet. I do see better results than I do with my regular v-line chin strap, and I think the ice pack means that those short-term results last longer than my straps without the ice pack. I think if they made this something you could comfortably wear overnight, it would be stellar, but as it is, it's cumbersome and tough to work into a consistent routine as instructed.

Product didn’t stay cold or get cold enough to work. Only stayed cold for about 10 minutes. No results.

The ice pack for below the chin is so small (smaller than palm size) even when frozen, it does NOT produce enough cold to pass through the thick material.
