Great Stuff
Purchased this grease after seeing it on a 1911 video. This has got to be the best stuff I've used so far. Applies well and stays put. It will spread properly and the gun works so well. It's a good size so it will probably last me for many years.

Great grease but also removes carbon from barrels.
Great product. I decided to “re-clean” and lube several shotgun barrels with this grease and I was greatly surprised with the carbon and lead that came out of these barrels because of using the Slip2000 EWG product. I placed some of their grease on oval cotton makeup removal patches and the debris from the barrels and chokes was noticeable. Very effective product.

Excellent multipurpose super grease!
Excellent light grease for weapons. I’ve used up my 1st jar on all sorts of projects that required a light versus a thick gummy grease. Many times I could have used a very heavy oil, but Slip 2000 EWG worked better, it stayed where it was applied, no run like heavy weight oil. On my second jar, may try it for its intended use sometime!

Does its job well; lets me be lazy.
I'm using this on an AR-15 and a Glock slide. No failures since I started using it,even when they're really dirty, and I'm impressed how much smoother my guns are running, not that they were all that rough before. I'm pretty sure I'll be switching over to the Slip 2000 system for cleaning and lubing next time I get around to cleaning my guns. I decided to give Slip 2000 a try after reading about EAG Tactical Filthy 14, built by BCM, in SWAT magazine (look it up, it's worth the read). Pat Rogers, the owner of EAG, is a huge fan of both BCM and Slip 2000, and I figured it was worth a shot. Everybody has their own system that they think is the best, and all others are awful in one way or another, but I like to have an open mind and try everything out. My guns aren't safe queens, and I don't really clean them; I run them wet and dirty. I started using EWG on one of my AR-15 bolt carriers, and continued to use Breakfree CLP in the BCG and the rest of the gun. EWG did a great job staying wet and in place after a few hundred rounds, so I put it on the charging handle as well, and now charging is incredibly smooth. (An extended, "tactical" latch can make it so that you kind of twist the handle when you slam it back with your support hand, which leads to wear that is a bit uneven and rough;EWG helps with that.) Because EWG is a grease and not a liquid, it doesn't run or burn off so the solids that it holds on to (keeping carbon etc. off of the metal is one of the goals of a good lubricant) stays on the wear points. I'll probably wipe down the carrier and replace the grease every 1000-2000 rounds to avoid this becoming a problem (I used to add CLP every time I left the range, now I just toss my guns in the case). I'm pretty sure my next purchases are Slip 2000 EWL 4oz Bottle for the stuff I have CLP on now and Slip 2000 Carbon Killer Bore Cleaner 4oz Bottle / Slip 2000 725 Gun Cleaner 16oz Spray Bottle for cleaning.

Great gun grease for the $$!
Was looking for a good quality yet affordable gun grease and stumbled upon this brand. I Use this to grease up my AR parts whenever cleaning or installing certain parts and also use it as anti seize on my suppressor QD mount. Works great! It’s thick enough that a little goes a long way…

Outstanding Even in Extreme Temps
My sons compete in USPSA, SCSA, SASP, yadda. A lot of this is done with race 22s and 9mm. We have run matches with 2-3 for each kid in each in 20F, 10F, and 8F this winter. ZERO issues. Guys switch to to the thinnest lubes they can because its cold and still have problems. EWG lives up to all of its claims including and especially its low temp claims. Cleaning their stuff is just wiping except the barrel with EWG. Incredible product. We now take down all g***s once, clean them well with the Slip 725 and just lightly grease. Takes so much work out of all of the cleaning and runs like a dream. Remains on the bolts/slides.

Thick, quality lubricant that lasts
This is a long lasting, high quality lubricant. Very thick so it doesn't run all over the place.

Made my old rifle bolt and action slide like brand new. Action is smooth as a baby's bottom even in freezing temperatures.

It’s smaller than I thought it would be, but because it’s so good, you really don’t need much!

Great stuff but it’s expensive for a small amount of grease

I am not sure if I would order this product again. I've slightly used it so far. Seems to be good quality, but there is lots of good grease out there. The quantity is very small, so I hope I will find the product to live up to its reputation (as being superior grease), since the price is high, compared to the amount of grease I got.

Bought it due to SIG recommendation, but using it now on all my handguns, great stuff!
