Correct, there's only one anti-fog cloth. When I remember to use it, I don't get the fog-up wile wearing a mask.

Will this product damage prescription lenses with special coatings (eg, anti-glare and anti-scratch)?

I have used the cloth on my lenses about ten times, and it has not damaged them. I have both anti-scratch and anti-glare coatings on my lenses.
