Read directions, place it where needed on the body and press the go button. Relief is significant though not a total healer to make a complete healing. It’s like taking aspirin and it has a period of time to be an effective pain reliever and then you take aspirin again. I do like it and it works well. Actually bought a second one for the wife.

It works as well as the one my PT uses. This is a simple to use, incredibly effective unit. I highly recommend it. The pads are wonderfully easy to reuse. The settings are very easy to understand and offer a variety of modes/patterns and intensities. A great value for the price.

Purchased one of these over 10 years ago, stopped working this year. Purchased the new device and used the cord to test the other one only to find out it was the cord that failed and not the device itself. Love this little gadget for those annoying muscles that cause pain once in a while.

This product was a little confusing compared to other similar products, it took me a while to go through all the modes and determine the differences and honestly i did not like any of the modes very much. the intensity was hard to control and jumped from very low to very high pretty quickly. I found that the 3rd setting was too low intensity to do anything but the 4th shocked me and made my muscles twitch. i bought this device to hold me till my new livia comes in and i have to say the livia is a whole lot better

This TENS unit is so wonderful. It is easy to use, the batteries are easy to install and replace. Simple buttons for controls and it works so very well. I have gotten so much relief with it. Excellent value, highly recommend.

Needful for all age

It helps a lot. I bought this for my lower back pain. This has 5 modes and 10 speeds. I usually use it on mode 4 with speed 1. I am really satisfied with the product.
