Much tougher than I expected. Good value for money, and works well.

This Hotsuit has been great and really does the job. Put it on and it feels like you are working out in a sauna, def makes you sweat. I would suggest going up a size, i am an XL and got a 2XL.

I had an allergic reaction to the material used for lining of the jacket. . However the suit does work well and does help with sweating more.

I'm 5'7 and 190 to 200 at times. I wear a large to xl in t shirts most of the time depending on brands. Like Hanes t shirts I'm a XL. But this shirt does run small and when I'm working out I don't want to feel like I'm restricted of movement. so I ordered the XXL and it fits well and not to much but enough to move freely. Hope this helps.... As quality so far so good but still new. If I can will update later.
