Q: Just received this product and it says that it contains lead. Not too thrilled with that. I won't be eating this now. How come this isn't listed here?

So I'm Japanese American and I grew up eating this all my life. I have done sports, have never had any disease, nothing. I am a combat veteran, have 2 PhDs in STEM field and I am a very healthy, not fat at all, 5'7" 117 pound, with 12% body fat, 45 year old woman going 46. I have no idea why the hell you guys are worried about this lead thing. seriously.

Q: Is this product made in Japan, USA or China?

it is made in china. these letters are japanese on it, but it is not japanese product.

Q: Why is this 10.99 when it is 3.99 in stores?

It’s a specialty product that Amazon doesn’t offer or it would be a lot cheaper since they buy in huge quantities. 3rd party sellers don’t have this advantage. Buy things like this in the store if you wish to save money.

Q: Does this give food a fish flavor?

It does have a mild "sea" smell and flavor, but it is not over-powering.
