Quality tool
I had the same concerns everyone else had about how to put it together since I live alone. Came up with a plan and stuck to it: 1 - Put end pieces together 2 - Add pieces to the top beam 3 - Clamp one end to scaffolding I have in shop (still working on completing shop so it's still in there) 4 - Clamp top beam to drywall lift I have and raise it up to attach to end piece 5 - Ask my neighbor for help just in case something slipped. Pieces are heavy enough to break bones if hit just right 6 - Attach other end piece and then tighten everything else Excellent quality and will be very helpful when I have heavy lifting to do. Now I don't have to rely on neighbor to help, he's been great over the years but feel like I own him a lot for the help he has given and I've done so little for him. Even clears snow from driveway in the winter, never asked him to do it, he just did it Enough rambling, I can definitely recommend this product!

Does the job well. No drama!
Works well, good value. A little difficult assembling alone but it can be done. I suggest having someone available to help stand it up once it's all put together. Lifted my 66 Suburban body off the frame with ease. Remember to get a trolley and lifting straps if you don't have those already

Quality Built
I’ve been kicking the tire on a gantry crane for almost a year. Looking at what they had at Harbor Freight and on Amazon. Worrying how it’s going to get to me, if it’s going to be missing pieces, will I need a fork lift to get it off the truck? The box this thing came in was packed very sturdy!! No worries about losing pieces. There was no grinding out the holes to make bolts fit. Everything fit where it should fit. The hardest part of putting this gantry together was lifting it upright. Thankfully a tractor and helping hands were available. I haven’t had any issues with the gantry. It’s been pretty solid!

Poor Customer Service
Erected crane and the telescoping feature on one side of the unit did not work. The cranking mechanism locked up after a couple of turns. Titan Brands would not send replacement parts for a fix; would not process a return; would not offer a partial refund; very uncooperative and were not interested in finding a suitable solution of any kind. I even got an Amazon representative involved but no movement from Titan Brands toward a resolution

Exercise hoist
Great for hanging rings and pull up equipment. Anchored it to the wall for better stability. Happy with the purchase

Titan should train their help better.
who ever put the bolts together screwed up big time, almost all of the bolts were 18 mm and the nuts were 17mm. The bolts and nuts should be the same size.

moves around shop perfectly
Rolls out of way when not needed, moves to where you need it with load easily.

Packing crate was a joke
Not too difficult to assemble. Build well with heavy welding which is why the cheap crate really surprised me. Plastic straps and balsa wood crate (too thin to be called plywood) only strong enough for one lift with forklift. Bottom buckled and metal plates started slipping out when shipper attempted transfer at shipping depot to my truck. Very lucky I had tie straps. The top, bottom, and sides where stapled together with same staples I use in my Arrow hand stapler. Dumb choice by outfit that assembles this package for shipment. Each piece is critical. I would have been very unhappy if one of those plates had got lost.
