It works to help some people with circulation and pain
Really like using magnet therapy as it seems to reduce pain in any part of your body. I bought this set for a friend and have recommended it for another. The friend agrees it help her feel better. The other is buying it. It is of good value so try it for yourself. Each person is different and some respond better than others.

Great Magnetic Products
Using the Magnetic Belt for back pain. Finding that these Magnetic products work well for a bit of pain relief.

Worthwhile product
The magnets work quite well. The only issue I had was the fitting and attachment and wearing left something to be desired. The belt rolls up around the waist when wearing and the bands for other body placements don't quite attach to one another effective. The velcro placements are inadequate. Resolution was simple by adding additional velcro strips and patches in more effective places. But all in all, a worthwhile product.

Great Set
I have been using magnets for aches and pains since the mid-80's. I love the general effectiveness of them. This set has various shapes and sizes to fit most needs. Only thing it's missing, in my opinion, is a necklace. I've only just received these, but they seem well made and are very reasonably priced for what you get.

Better than I expected.
A friend urged me to try these for my knee pain. I was actually surprised they worked as well as they did. The assortment of magnets was nice, except the small round ones. I ended up spraining my wrist, and using the small round disc magnets wrapped around my wrist. While they did help, while I had them, they kept falling out and they're both gone now. If I use the larger four square magnet it's a bit more unweildy, but at least I won't lose those. Overall, it did help my knee pain, although it's not easy to get the magnet in just the right spot with the straps supplied, but I guess I could use medical tape. The small round magnets helped my sprained wrist, while I had them. The velco was just not enough to keep them in place despite having my wrist well wrapped. If I use the magnet on my knee while stationary, it's helpful, but not really something you can walk around with.

The first magnets I've gotten in years that actually work.
Yesterday I wore the two medium pads on knots in both deltoids, and by the end of the day, the knots were barely palpable. Today I arranged the belt over the top of my right shoulder and down along the spine for about 5 hours, and since I took it off I've gotten 3 substantial adjustments in my neck just by mild stretching and turning my head. These muscles have been tight for the better part of a year so I'm really happy with these magnets. They're different from the refrigerator-magnet-style ones I got in the 90's before BMI went out of business, but I'd say these are at least as effective as those. I definitely recommend them. I wish they would make more shapes, as long as they're affordable. And maybe sell replacement straps, because they do eventually (after many years) fall apart. Or maybe elbow and knee wraps to tuck the pads into? that would be great--it's hard to get them to stay in place on elbows. Update: There is a design problem with the straps, though. Each strap has a large area of velcro "hooks" to make it adjustable, and a small area of fleece on the opposite end to overlap it with. Unless you can use the strap at its smallest adjustment, this leaves an area of exposed hooks which will grab at clothing you wear over them, or any other fleecy or knit surface that touches the strap. Straps should have the large part be the fleece, and the overlap part be the hooks. There's a product opportunity here for low cost, better-designed, more comfortable straps and elbow, knee, neck, etc. covers to hold the magnets in place under work and activity clothing, if the magnet sellers aren't going to make good, affordable ones.

Magnets really do help with pain levels, reduce inflammation, etc. throughout the body. Appreciate the variety of sizes and strengths that can be applied to all the different areas on the body. Use the single magnets for the wrists or elbows with the bands supplied. Like the way the magnets stick to the bands and can be interchanged as one feels is necessary for their issue.

I am happy with the price. However all the rigid straps are uncomfortable.

I haven't tried them yet so I can't comment on their effectiveness, although magnet therapy does work on me so I am expecting good results. I would like to comment on another reviewer's issue about the smell. This product does have a very offensive odour - permeates the whole room when you open the package. I tried soaking everything for about 20 minutes in a 1 to 1 solution of boiling water and vinegar, added a small amount of laundry detergent, then I rinsed it well and dried it. Smell is gone.
