I’ve never been the type to use pre-workouts or things of that nature because simply put, I’m not into hitting the gym, running, etc. That said, I do get in plenty of physical activity in the work that I do. I felt that I needed something to give me that extra “oompf” that you need to push through when the afternoon feels like it’s dragging on, but got sick or buying the typical Red Bulls and Monsters, being conscious of what they contain. I tried Jocko’s Discipline mix, and I fell in love. Right away I noticed a difference in my mental clarity, daily stamina, and overall mood in general. I used the product for a couple of months, and slowly stopped using it because I felt like I was just taking it out of habit. After a month of not taking it, I started noticing a difference. I was right back into the moods, grogginess, and feeling exactly like I was before I started drinking it. I bought another jar, and immediately starting noticing an uptick in my mood and energy again. I’ve noticed NO negative side effects. If you’re skeptical about the product, do NOT let negative reviews dissuade you from trying it. Buy it at least once, give it a shot, and I hope you’re as impressed as I was.

I’m very disappointed. Product is clumpy, tastes and smells like hardcore hangover breath, and the performance is weak at best. Be better off mixing your own blend of preworkout. Also this was supposed to be “green apple” flavored, why is it orange? Lot # 21580-2

Jocko, you're the man, and you're pre-workout is da bomb!

When I opened it I was immediately concerned about the clumping in the can. There’s an orange square piece of pressboard that had some of the powder clumped to it also. I broke up the clumps and mixed a scoop into some water to try. The taste wasn’t exactly what I’d expect from sour apple, mildly bitter. Will see how it impacts performance at the gym, but definitely something isn’t right. Especially for the price paid for the product. Will update here later. UPDATE: I did feel extra focus and energy, however I still have concerns about the concentration of the ingredients and how well they are mixed due to the clumping. I originally gave 3 stars, I've added one for the level of support from Jocko Fuel. I reached out to Jocko Fuel support, both on here and on the website. Now I admit it wasn't the easiest process to go through, however, my issues have been resolved. 1) Storage of this product is important, it should be stored in a cool and dark place or clumping can occur. It seems that Amazon likely is NOT storing these products correctly, and I'm sure this isn't the only product that needs storage like that. (Until Amazon fixes their storage issues, I would recommend any company that has a product that might clump, NOT use Amazon Fulfillment, and instead fulfill the orders themselves) 2) Due to the above, I will order Jocko Fuel GO directly from Jocko Fuel's website and I hope to have a much better experience with the product. It would also be awesome to find the products locally. 3) Jocko Fuel support did issue me a refund for my defective product. I very much appreciate that, and look forward to a better product experience going forward, with direct orders for certain products. Recommendation: Do NOT order Jocko Fuel GO products on Amazon, order directly from JockoFuel's website!

Great product that helps give me a great workout boost without jitters! Ingredients are good overall and I’ve enjoyed this—have purchased 5 times already!

No complaints about this product, just not for me. Read the ingredients list and where certain things are sourced. I believe most of the caffeine is sourced from tea leaves. This can be reflected in the taste and delivery of energy. Other pre workouts have a speedier delivery, while this one will creep up on you like a cup of black tea. The taste is just a note of sour apple, of course if it tasted like a jolly rancher I wouldn't be happy either. Probably want to mix with fruit juice. Altogether I think this may be less effective than others because it uses better ingredients. But I didn't get that panicky "I might have taken too big a scoop, i have to run three miles" feeling out of it.

It does the job and I have always been a fan of jocko products, but the taste is absolutely dreadful it’s supposed to be sour apple but tastes more like rotten apples and is even brown and resembles rotten apples.

There are good tasting pre workouts out there but Jocko’s brand has a much better feel to it. Most other products give you that crack head jitter but this one doesn’t at all. With the Jocko pre-workout you get the intense mental focus to help you crush your workouts. I’d say this sour apple is damn good. It doesn’t have all that sour bite from like a warhead so it can be an enjoyable flavor.
