The media could not be loaded. I love these for making copper ingots! The first time you use it the paint will burn off but they make really nice ingots!

Works well, but make sure you really burn the coating off
Used to make some aluminum ingots. Seems to work well but before that first use you will want to make sure you really burn the protective coating off the inside. I thought I had cleared it all off but did not. So on the first pour the coating was smoking really bad and put a bunch of ash into my ingot. Not a huge deal as I can just re-heat and pour again. The ingots come out of the mold a bit easier than my graphite molds and has a nice shape, with tapered edges.

Handle will be the first thing to break but it still does what it’s supposed to do without it.
I really like this mold however paint should be burned off prior to use and also use brass wire wheel inside to make for a smooth bar. Only complaint I have is handle broke off after 4th use. No biggie for the price it’s worth it. Maybe send me a replacement due to it breaking so quickly? Probably wishful thinking but sometimes people really do stand behind they’re products so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask.
