My mom had trouble sleeping due to age and overthinking. I gave her this supplement and within a few days, she started sleeping better. She takes it regularly now. It’s gentle, plant-based, and doesn’t interfere with her other medications. Definitely recommend for older adults too.

I finally made the decision to try these melatonin tablets after years of insomnia. The additional advantages of tagara and vitamin B6 drew me in. After taking one tablet on my first night, I experienced a surge of serenity. I fell asleep considerably more quickly than normal after the tagara's enchantment. Thanks to the vitamin B6, I woke up the following morning feeling remarkably invigorated and refreshed. It's amazing how much of an impact a single small tablet can have on the quality of my sleep. I now anticipate my bedtime routine.

Take it SOS.
My weight 84 kgs.Age 54 yrs. 1 cap does not work for me.I'm taking 2 caps. and it works.Don't know after long term effects. As a heart patient I need to sleep at least 6 hrs. So I choose it.

Excellent
Ever since twking this one, am able to sleep well and work out more consistently, soemtimes poor sleep affects everything and this one solved it all. By the way i work out, also i have a full time job and at the end of the day 1 hrs before bed time i take this and always having undisturd sound sleep

Ineffective
This product is ineffective in helping fall asleep. Most likely the meletonin content is less than what is written on the packaging. HealthVeda is infamous for failing lab tests of its medicines, and customers therefore, must think about splurging more but get melatonin by brands which are more renowned. For me Carbimade Forte is so far, working great.
