Its a single goal (from my experience). I placed two separate orders and now have two goals in my garage.

can the goals be used for water polo?

Hi Steve we have never tried. If you where to set it on the side of the pool it may work but you shouldn't put it in the water. The goal weighs 10 lbs and would sink.
