Wonderful flavor. Truly low acid helps a lot with heartburn. I am not usually into sweeter coffees, but this coffee is just flavorful.. Yes, the K-cups are not a good design and will explode coffee grounds if just thrown into the coffee maker. SOLUTION: when inserted, push down and puncture the bottom before closing the lid to take out the pressure In the cup.. I have a Keurig so I just use my two thumbs and push the front down to snap into place. Now I just have great coffee and will definitely order these again.

Yum, yum, yum. I love the added flavor notes in this coffee. The item description describes the flavor well. I like sweet and creamy coffee and have even been able to do this coffee with half and half only (no sugar/sweetener). My favorite is to still add a little bit of sweetness though. Even with the flavor notes included in the coffee already, I’ve enjoyed it with a chocolate creamer too.The cost of these K-Cups was lower than other low acid brands I’ve tried. And I like them even better.I read that many people had trouble with their pods exploding and I haven’t had that happen at all with 20 or so I’ve used so far. I push the pod all the way down with my hand so that the bottom needle pokes its hole in the bottom of the pod. Then I close the lid with the handle the normal way and it pokes the top holes (I have the K-Supreme Keurig machine that pokes 5 holes on top). I’ve actually never tried just closing the lid without manually pushing the box in and creating the bottom hole first. Other reviews of exploding pods scared me off from trying.I’ll be buying these again for sure!

I love the taste of the coffee but I’m so tired of throwing it away due to MORE than HALF of my Kcups exploding in the brewer!!! This is now the THIRD BOX in a row that I have thrown away already more than half of what I have brewed. This is the reason I refuse to order the coffee when it jumps in price and to be honest, getting ready to stop wasting my money all together. I’m sick of having to clean the brewer out after as well !!! Who the heck wants to wait on a KCUP and also have to clean up the mess it leaves behind when quick convenience is the reason we buy them in the first place! Oh and I’ve looked on the package for any visible customer service number, email or website to call and let them know....... and NOTHING!!!!

I ordered this coffee based on overall reviews of 4 1/2 stars. It was my fault for not reading the reviews in detail. There is no warning on the item page (as of 12/14/2020) that the item is not returnable. This would have been good go know in advance as I would have not wasted my money on a product that clearly has some quality control issues no matter how tasty the coffee itself might be. In the detailed reviews (if you sort them by most current first) you will see review after review mentioning the pods exploding into the coffee maker or lots of grounds in the coffee cup. Folks have offered solutions that "might" work but there is no guarantee I will not have a big hot coffee mess surprise. This problem was reported at least two years ago and people are still having the same problem. I did not realize it was "not returnable" until I tried to set up a return. Not good.. So now I can either remove the coffee from the pods and put them in a re-usable pod, or pitch them out. Either way I lose. Again, I admit the mistake was mine by not reading every single review in detail, but 4 1/2 stars overall sounded pretty good. There is a little button on the "sponsored" product page to report inaccuracies. I'm going to ask them to put the non-returnable feature on the product page. It's worth a try. Lesson learned.....

First want to say that I bought this brand twice from this seller. The first box was great. I had no issues. The second box of Kcups were defective. Each pod clogged the needle on my Keurig. I had to reset my Keurig and follow the needle unclogging process, every time. Also, a copious amount of grounds came through the pod, into my cup making it undrinkable. I contacted the seller about my issue and asked for a new box. I gave him all the details including this box BUBD #031521. No response. I used the little kCup coffee grounds insert after that for awhile. Meaning I had to peel open every single coffee pod and pour the grinds into the Keurig coffee grounds insert. Defeats the purpose of the Kcups. Finally I ended up throwing all the remaining pods (over 50 = $$$) in the trash. I am VERY displeased.

I tried this coffee because my regular low acid coffee, Tres Hermanos was on back order. While taste is excellent, it tore my stomach to shreds like normal acid coffee. I love it....my stomach does not!Update: Ugh! If you suffer from stomach pains due to acid, do not buy this brand! I’m through my second bag and the pain feels no different that regular acid coffee! This is the first low acid brand I’ve tried that ever gave me stomach issues.

I have both a caffeine affinity and a sensitive stomach, and sometimes the two aren't compatible. This coffee gives me the boost I need and want, but does not cause any of the stomach difficulties that some other coffee can. The coconut flavor is subtle but noticeable (I drink it black) but may be enhanced with milk; I can't say for sure, though. Since I'm a coconut addict (figuratively speaking, of course), I was happy with this flavor.I was hesitant about buying 3 bags at the price, but have no regrets. It doesn't taste burned like Starbucks does, and it doesn't taste "old" like some of the store-bought stuff. Plus, the company helps wildlife. :)

I bought the 80 cup pack after finding some of these in a local store and falling in love. However, the batch I bought exploded as others have mentioned or would build up pressure and spit hot liquid all over you when you lifted the handle. I really thought something was wrong with my Keurig, so I cleaned it out and tried several more times before trying a different brand of k-cup. That one worked perfectly. So, we ended up throwing away most of this coffee. Very disappointing.
