Excellent Buy
I went through quite a few different protein powders before I finally settled on Muscle Pharm Combat as my go-to protein powder. I originally purchased it at Costco because a) it was a great price and b) it is a respected brand and this specific powder has a very solid review on bodybuilding.com, but have since been purchasing it on Amazon because of my preference for the Vanilla flavor (they only sell Cookies and Cream at Costco). I'm not a meathead by any means, but my fiancee and I lift weights 6 days a week and we love this protein powder because it tastes great, doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and has all of the protein and nutrients you need (assuming you aren't a professional athlete). We've been using this protein powder for the last 2+ years now. Pros: Like I just mentioned, this protein powder tastes great, has the nutrients and protein content you need pre- or post-workout, and is affordable. Additionally, this protein powder mixes well with (and also tastes great with) both water and milk, and the Vanilla flavor works really well with other supplements, such as Now Foods Dextrose Powder or Bell Plantation PB2 Peanut Powder . It also works great as a snack (1 scoop) or a full meal replacement if you are cutting (2 scoops) and has just enough of a sweet flavor to take the edge off if you are craving something sweet. Cons: It's not pure whey isolate, so you aren't going to get the same benefits by taking this post workout as you would get if you took pure whey. It has 5 different types of protein, which is great because it covers your bases as long as your protein intake is concerned, but there are some sacrifices there if you are looking to make maximum gains. That being said, unless you are a professional athlete where you need every edge you can get and your day is planned out around the timing of your meals and your macro intake, then this protein powder is absolutely fine (and I bet you wouldn't even notice a difference between taking this and $100 stuff). Another "con" is that some of the flavors are hit and miss. I originally started with Cookies and Cream and I would give it an above average taste. Vanilla is hands down my favorite, but whatever you do, stay away from Orange Creamsicle (I'm not even sure they still make this one) as it tastes like something out of a chemical plant. I haven't had a chance to try the other flavors yet because I was burned so badly with Orange Creamsicle. Overall, I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a protein supplement, but, if you are on the competitive side of things, I would recommend getting something a little higher end and more specialized for your diet.

Solid !!
I've been using MusclePharm Combat Powder for a while now, and I'm really happy with it. The Chocolate Milk flavor is surprisingly good—it actually tastes like real chocolate milk and not that weird, artificial flavor a lot of powders have. It mixes easily, and I never get any clumps, which is a huge plus. It also doesn't cause any stomach issues for me. The mix of different protein sources seems to keep me feeling full and helps with recovery after a hard workout. Overall, it's a solid, dependable protein powder that tastes great and gets the job done without any fuss

Smooth Mix, Great Taste, and Solid Protein Blend
I’ve tried a bunch of protein powders over the years, and this MusclePharm Combat Protein (Chocolate Milk) is one of the better ones for both flavor and results. The taste is rich and not overly sweet — it actually does taste like chocolate milk, especially when mixed with cold water or almond milk. It blends really well too. I just shake it in a regular bottle and don’t get those chalky clumps you get with cheaper powders. I like that it has a mix of five protein sources, so it keeps fueling you a bit longer instead of burning off right away like pure whey isolate. No stomach issues, no weird aftertaste, and it keeps me full between meals. It’s also gluten-free, which is a plus.

MusclePharm Combat Protein Powder - A Solid Choice for Serious Athletes
I've been using MusclePharm Combat Protein Powder for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with its performance. This protein blend includes a mix of whey protein isolate, concentrate, and casein, which makes it a great option for both quick digestion post-workout and sustained release throughout the day. Taste and Mixability: The flavor (I tried the Chocolate Milk flavor) is rich but not too overpowering, and it doesn’t leave that artificial aftertaste that some protein powders tend to have. It also mixes really well with water, milk, or almond milk. It has no clumps or weird textures, which is a huge plus. Ingredients: What I really like is the clean ingredient profile. There are no unnecessary fillers or sugar alcohols, and the protein content per serving (25g) is ideal for muscle recovery. With added BCAAs, glutamine, and creatine, it's a solid all-in-one product for anyone looking to support their workout routine. Performance: Since using it, I’ve noticed better muscle recovery after intense sessions. It doesn’t upset my stomach, and I feel sustained energy throughout the day, whether I'm lifting or just going about my routine. The addition of casein protein means I feel fuller longer, which can help curb hunger between meals. Value for Money: Considering the quality and the amount of protein you get per serving, it’s reasonably priced. I’ve tried several other brands, and this one stands out in terms of overall value. Final Verdict: Overall, MusclePharm Combat Protein Powder is a great choice for anyone serious about fitness. Whether you're looking to build muscle, recover faster, or just need a reliable protein source, this powder has you covered. It’s tasty, mixes well, and provides high-quality nutrition, making it a staple in my supplement routine.

Actually tastes good
This is my favorite protein brand. It gets you a good amount of protein per scoop and actually tastes good. It’s not too gritty. Easy to use.

Quality time-released protein!
Muscle Pharm has recently been producing great products and this is one of those! You need casein to preserve muscle throughout the night when your body is in a catabolic state. This is the perfect supplement for that Ingredient Profile There are 5 different types of protein (Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Hydrolysate, Micellar Casein, Egg Albumin). They all release protein at different times and feed muscles over a course of 8hrs. Also contained is 5g of naturally occurring BCAAs, bonded to the proteins. I also love the fact that it is low in fat, only 1.5g of fat per serving. Other proteins out there have 3g of fat on average so it is nice to have something low even though it has a ton of different proteins! Taste Great tasting product. I've only tried vanilla. I would recommend vanilla it tastes like pedi-sure which is super delicious in my opinion. Mixes very well in my blender bottle, even the crappy generic one I have. Love the fact that it has 25g of protein and 5g of BCAAs per scoop. Never clumps up. I like my protein shakes cold. So I mix it with room temperature water and shake that up. Then I put 1 piece of ice and shake it again. If you mix it with milk, it tastes like a milkshake (try almond vanilla milk, low calorie and it tastes a lot richer). I've never had any problem mixing it with cold liquids. I even keep it mixed in my locker while I train, and it stays like that without any clumping or solidifying. Quality mixing product. Effectiveness This topic is a hard one for protein powders as there are so many and knowing if they actually do something is hard. Protein powders are hard to judge for effectiveness. However this product has only sometimes given me protein farts never stomach pains like other protein powders and with the flavor its still worth it. It mixes smoothly and has never upset my stomach. I drink this right when I get up (9am) and when I go to bed and it keeps me feeling full for a few hours until lunch and throughout the night with my nighttime dosage. I feel like I felt fuller (Muscle wise) and stronger while taking this product than without it. Value For this price you cannot go wrong. Recommended!

Good deal on a quality protein blend.
I've been taking some form of protein powder for over a decade. Recently, I've looked for an all-in-one powder that I can take after workouts as well as before bed or throughout the day if I get hungry or need a quick meal replacement. This is as opposed to taking whey after a workout, and casein before bed; I just got tired of buying multiple tubs of protein powder. This product fit the bill nicely. I look for 4 things when picking out a protein powder: 1. Nutrient profile: This has 25 grams of protein, and includes a mix of whey and casein, which is what I was taking before in two separate products. It also has 5 grams of carbs, which is fairly low (I'll buy anything with single-digit carbs, but the lower the better). 2. Flavor: Tastes good. I usually get protein in either chocolate or vanilla, and I got the chocolate Combat Powder. It doesn't have any weird aftertaste or grainy flavor, which is a problem sometimes. I usually mix it with water, and tastes about as good as protein mixed in water can taste. I'll occasionally mix it with milk, which tastes even better. 3. Mixability: Mixes well in water or milk in my shaker bottle, with no clumps. A little bit sticks to the side, which is normal. 4. Price: Price was pretty good. Under $40 for over 50 servings of quality protein is a good deal. It's not the cheapest protein powder, but is among the best-priced protein for what you get.

Great taste
Great tasting protien powder! Been using this for sometime now. Tried the other optimum brand and went back to this one. MusclePharm taste way better. The effectiveness of the protein really depends on how hard your working out like with any protein powder but from using for multiple months i can tell a difference in muscle strength! Would recommend to anyone!
